First Coaching Injury

I had my first injury of my coaching career this morning. I was up bright and early on this lovely sunday morning for some learn to skate/play lessons. 3 to 6 year olds were at 9 and the 7-12 year olds were right after them at 10. The older group had players that could skate around out there but not much else so I was attempting to teach them to stop. While I was leaning over to show a kid how his feet should look he wipes out and up come his stick at my face. I thought for sure I lost a tooth so I covered my mouth so it wouldn't fall out and skated for the bathroom. By the time I get there my hand is almost full of blood, but luckily my teeth were all in place. After I cleaned up all the blood and my mouth this little cut was all that was left. Gotta love those little kids.........HOLLA
