The Union College Men's Ice Hockey comes out to the Hockey Hut in Clifton Park three times a week to workout on the treadmill. Coming off the best season in Union College history the players know you cannot rest during the off season. So they work hard on the treadmill keeping them in the best shape for the summer. If you want to be the best you must train with the best. Come out to the Hockey Hut and we can put you on a player specific program that will improve many aspects of your game. I want to Congratulate the players and coaches on such a great season last year it makes me proud to be an alumni of such an up and coming program. Good Luck in the future boys.
